COLING EXCUSIONS
Several of the COLING excursions are fully booked at this time. The organizers will do their best to accommodate everybody. However, if this proves impossible, the assignments will be on a first-come first-served basis.

RECEPTION & BANQUET
The welcome reception will take place on Monday, August 20, between 6 and 9 pm in the courtyard of the Santa Fe Community Convention Center (the COLING venue). You’ll need a ticket for the reception. Tickets are included in the registration packets of conference attendees. People who registered only for tutorials and/or workshops will be able to purchase a ticket before the reception. The registration desk will be open till 8pm on Monday.

The banquet is 6:30 – 9:30 pm on Thursday, August 23 on Santa Fe Museum Hill. Buses will be available at the Convention Center starting at 6pm.
